Terms and conditions
The plants in the picture are representative, all the plants delivered will have the same size that stated in the detail. You can choose the plant in the picture in the “special plants” category only.
You will get the order details by email and later, usually within 24 hours, you will get a second email including postage rate and payment details. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your Spam or Bulk e-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
The minimum order excluding shipping costs is € 30.00 (euro).
We will keep the plants for seven days, after this time the order will be canceled.
All plants are sent bare root to reduce shipping costs. Shipping by postal service (registered mail) after payment, for other shipping means we can quote on request. Shipping at customer risk, our responsibility ceases with the delivery of plants perfectly packaged to the carrier. We will not be responsible if plants are damaged during transport.

Payment will be made by Paypal or Bank transfer.
Shipping only to countries within the European Union, other international deliveries we ask you to contact us in advance. Please check the import regulation of your country. We will not take responsibility for any problems that may arise for that reason. Plants are despatched at customer risk.
Once the parcel it’s been sent to you, there will be no possibility to amend the order, and will not be any refund if you change your mind about the delivered goods you chose when you placed the order. Please if you have any doubts or questions ask before we send the plants. Being perishable products we can not be held responsible for the viability of the plants after a reasonable period of time.
About our plants
Our plants have been inspected by the competent authorities responsible for plant species listed in Annex A to Regulation CE338/97 (CITES).
